If you are settling an estate, closing out a business or just have a few quality unused items, we are ready when you are.  We offer secure storage for your items at our location, so feel free to bring your consignments in early.

Consignment Commision Charges:

           20% $0-$100.00   

           10% $101.00-$5,000.00

             7% $5,001.00-$10,000.00

             5% $10,001 and up

Business or Estate Auctions will vary, so please meet with Paul Smith to discuss your need and the proper commision charges.

Buyers Premium:

   We charge a 10% buyers premium on only the 1st $250.00 per item.  What this means is that if you buy an item for $250 or less, then you will pay a full 10% BP on each item.  If you purchase an item for more than $250. you will only pay a BP of $25.00.  You will never be charged more than $25 buyers premium on any item.  Examples:

      On a charge of $4000.00 you will be charged tax + $25.00 BP.

      On a charge of $10.00 you will be charged tax + $1.00 BP

      On a charge of $500.00 you will be charged tax + $25.00 BP

Payment Options:

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Personal checks, and good old cash.  We will accept a business check with a bank letter only.  We do not charge any fees on credit card transactions.
